Where can I get service for my MHERO vehicle?

You have several options for servicing your MHERO vehicle. Firstly, we offer a convenient optional paid pick-up and return service. Additionally, you can utilize our continuously expanding network of dealerships to find an authorized service partner near you. You can find a complete list of our service partners here.

Which warranty is covered for my MHERO service?

Upon purchasing a MHERO vehicle, you will receive a 5-year manufacturer's warranty or up to 100,000 kilometers on the vehicle. Additionally, we offer a special 8-year warranty or up to 160,000 kilometers on the battery and drivetrain.

Is there a pick-up and drop-off service for my MHERO vehicle?

Yes, we offer an optional, fee-based pickup and return service for your MHERO vehicle to provide you with the utmost convenience. This service can soon be easily booked at any time through the NOYO Service App. Whenever possible, on-site repairs are also offered to make it as convenient as possible for you. We are committed to providing you with seamless and convenient service that meets your needs.

Is Roadside Assistance included for my MHERO vehicle?

NOYO provides complimentary EU-wide roadside assistance for all MHERO vehicles for up to 5 years after the initial registration. The duration depends on the continuous maintenance by an official MHERO service partner according to the MHERO service maintenance plan up to the time of the breakdown. This is part of our commitment to providing you with a worry-free and comfortable driving experience. In the event of a breakdown, you can rely on swift and professional assistance to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

How is the availability of the MHERO 1?

In Switzerland, we are pleased to inform you that the vehicle is available now. However, please note that availability may vary depending on your chosen color option. To avoid potential waiting times, we recommend submitting a reservation request. Once we receive your request, we will promptly contact you to provide a personalized offer and clarify all further details.

How can I purchase a vehicle?

You can either purchase or lease the vehicle through one of our certified MHERO partners, depending on what best suits your individual needs.
For this purpose, it is best to use our Configurator and receive a personalized offer.

General Inquiries

Is a Class B driver's license sufficient to drive the MHERO 1?

Yes, you are allowed to drive the MHERO 1 with a total weight of 3,920 with a Class B driver's license. For Switzerland, a traffic licensing regulation applies:

"Zum Führen von schweren Motorwagen mit einem Gesamtgewicht von mehr als 3500 kg, aber höchstens 4250 kg, und mit nicht mehr als acht Plätzen ausser dem Führersitz, sofern sie über einen emissionsfreien Antrieb (Art. 9a Abs. 2 VTS37) verfügen und das 3500 kg überschreitende Gewicht einzig durch das Mehrgewicht der emissionsfreien Antriebstechnik verursacht wird."
